Brian Peart is President of Nexus Financial Group which was founded by him in 1994. Starting in the mortgage biz in 1992 (for another mortgage company) he created an implemented a loan officer training program which took his company from being dead last to #1 within 3 months.

In the spring of 1996, FNMA invited him to speak at their annual meeting where he met President George Bush, Sr. and Nexus Financial became one of the first companies to do one-hour approvals, online, for FNMA.
