Andy Feld started his career in finance in the credit card industry and switched to commercial real estate sales in both Denver and Albuquerque. In 1993, Andy joined the Bank of New Mexico to create and manage their sub-prime wholesale division for 3 years. For the next 10 years Andy was CEO and majority share holder of national subprime wholesaler. Currently, he is Vice President of a billion dollar company, managing the multi-state wholesale specialty lending division.
He has served on the Board of Directors of both the New Mexico Mortgage Lenders and New Mexico Mortgage Bankers Association. He helped draft state legislation and has been a spokesperson on the subject of fair lending.
