Q: What is an On-line Training Course?
A: An On-line Training Course is a seminar that is taken completely on-line. The seminars are from 60 to 90 minutes in
length and are presented by the top originators in the industry. We have designed them with the busy
loan officer in mind.
Q: Do I need special software for my computer to play an On-line Training Course?
A: Your computer needs the Macromedia Shockwave Plugin installed on it to view On-line Training Courses. The Shockwave Plugin is produced by the same company that makes the more well known software Flash that is widely used on the internet.
When you attempt to view an On-line Training Course, your computer will test to see if this plugin is installed. If it is not, it will give you download and installation instructions. Download Shockwave Here.
